
Meditation is the best relaxing method. I do it a lot and would recommend to all writers who feeling stress or even depress. Just try to breathe in and out with consciousness. Knowing that you're breathing in and breathing out. In normal life, we never know whether we're breathing in or out. But it is very nice to start to see whether it is in or out, and that's the most basic meditation (but very powerful). Concentration will increase with meditation. Try relax and write.
